Talk to Andrew and Alex at Complete Street Performance in West Chester. They were $400 last time I used them.

Bolt on setups are $400 and then Forced induction starts at $600 here. Pretty much the standard in the area. A few shops will be more and a few might be less but dont expect it to swing much either way.

Depends on what you looking for and what kind of post service your looking for.
We are not in your area but can help offer some advise.
A good dyno tune with a hand held will run you in the $900-1500.00 range depending on what the mods are and how much needs to be dialed in.
I imagine the shops quoting a few hundred dollars range are offering a flash only. Which also means if you need to go back to the o.e. file for any reason it will require another visit or in the case of a non runner removing the pc and taking up to the shop to go back to o.e.
we have offered our hand helds with all of our dyno tunes for the last few years.
some things things to keep in mind.

You didn't mention mods to the vehicle maybe you don't need a dyno tune?
We are able to remote tune most Camaro applications mod dependent of course.

Thanks for the flash/handheld explanation.

My mods are lower pulley/injectors/headers/cats/cai/bap

Bring it to Complete Street Performance Andrew is awesome. Very reasonable. Also does a complete drivability tune on the road.

I was just reading there FAQ'S and sounds like they just flash the ecm as it says to sell your handheld after they tune because it is not needed.

I would really like to tune back to stock myself in future if needed.

I think if you keep your stock tune in your handheld you would be able to load it back in from there( I still have mine). Think they are saying to loose your handheld because you will get a better tune with the dyno tune. You could also buy HP tuners and play with the tune yourself.

A lot of people say you can get the same tune from the handheld. I don't agree. I tried many different times with the handheld car ran great. I have been to a few different shops for tunes as well some better than others some I would never recommend. I went to Andrew and the car runs better than ever the street driving tune is excellent. I have never been so happy with the car.

Problem is, once you mod it that far you cant use the stock tune anyway...You would have to put the whole car back to factory stock...

Exactly, They are all bolt ons and if I ever decide to sell someone may prefer stock over modded. Or I may decide to give the car to one of my kids.

So this brings up the question, can I return to factory tune in the future via a handheld or do I need to bring the car back to you?
