MTI Racing Supercharged Camaro 182 mph at Texas Mile

This was MTI Racing's first top speed run at the Texas Mile in our newest test vehicle. We set the bench mark high for a modified 2010 Camaro, and we have plains to be back in the spring to break 190 mph. For now MTI Racing is happy running a record 182 mph with our 639 rwhp 3800+ lb Camaro.

Magnacharger 2300 at 11 psi, CAI, headers, cam, and tuning.

Here is a sample video of the MTI Racing Camaro performing a top speed run.

The MTI Racing Camaro is running a Magnacharger 2300 Supercharger, American Racing Headers exhaust system, MTI Racing Cold Air Intake, MTI Racing V2 camshaft, and custom dyno tuning.
This set up with mild boost will make 605 rwhp. The MTI Racing Camaro was running 11 psi for the Texas Mile boosting 639 rwhp.

The list gets longer when we add Brembo's 6 piston calipers with two piece 15'' rotors to help it stop. MTI Racing BIG red sway bars, MTI/Bilstein custom coilovers to help it handle. And a MTI Racing Six Shooter shifter for what else, but to help shift through the gears with lightning precision.

You can check out all of these performance goodies at our web site. www.mtiracing.com

Thanks,
For all of our packages, we use Pump Gas from a normal gas station down the street.

Excellent to see you out there tearin' it up in a 2010 Camaro.

Are you planning on running at Maxton next time around ?

We only get 91 oct here in california. Would that change the horsepower output?

It would change very minor output. Make sure you take your car to a shop to have it tuned.
