WHICH HEADERS + EXHAUST Dealers welcome
Hey guys im looking for some headers and complete exhaust. I want a true bolt up system with no welding. My car is going to be SC probably Magnuson but im waiting on Whipples #'s. What should i order for exhaust. Im thinking 17/8" Kooks or ARH and MagnaFLows 3" competion cat back system, but im not sure if they will bolt right together. I WANT LOUD AND OBNOXIOUS WITH A DEEP TONE. IT ALSO NEEDS TO BE CATTED I DONT WANT ANY CODES THROWN. part numbers and or websites would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you are going with a cat back system ARH has a shorty system that will bolt up to whatever cat back you want. However my recommendation is to buy the whole ARH set up and then just pick up and axle back. If you want to talk further give us a call at the shop and we'll get you taken care of. 631.608.1986

would you recomend the 17/8 headers or the 2" for a supercharged application. also if you recomend the 2" is it a alot harder to install then the 17/8?

I would suggest the ARH system with cats...and then an axle-back system. If you want it really to sound loud, I have an entire exhaust in the bed of my truck that I took off because it was too loud for me.
It sounds like a big block!! But I would definitely go with the ARH, and a 3 inch axle back system...then custom fit them together. That is what I did...and you will love it! |

The advantage of having cats is passing inspection. They also keep a little back pressure which helps TQ. |
