anybody else here bodybuilding or gym heads?
Ok so I'm bored inbetween sets at the gym. I notice a few V8 camaro's, 5.0's, and stingrays at my gym (la fitness Spring) and it got me to thinking how many other guys/gals are into fitness and bodybuilding?
Just stirring the pot for conversation. I'm 5'9 168 29' waist and hit the gym 6x a week. Just started a bulking cycle 3 days ago with my bf at 10.9%. Who else competes or hits the gym regularly here? |
