Trust me I want it lol. Issue is buying private can compete with the financing options of buying from the dealer. If I could get the same rates Id do it in a heartbeat but good luck finding 0% for 72 from anyone other than GM Financial

0% APR is nothing special. You are just paying a higher price for the car.

I'm not going to do the math for you, but figure 3.9% on 40k for 60 months used vs the depreciation you are going to get from buying a new car at 72 months on 0%. Hint, the difference is already made up the moment you drive off the lot...
