10.80s time slips/video of 10.91 pass
Car is loaded on the trailer and ready to find out if we can break into the 10's today. My only changes over the winter is the Maggie, intercooler and retune. My plan is to run a hard 1/8 mile pass to shake down any issues and then a full 1/4 mile pass. I'll know after my 1/8 mile pass if its gonna go 10's. If I run at least a 6.90 or so it'll go 10's as my car really runs hard out the back door. I'll post up from track on my progress. My goal today is 10.85@128 and I'll need a mid 1.50 60' to get where I want to be. I do plan on switching over to VP MS109 after a couple passes on 93 octane. I have my tune ready to reflash for the switch over. Keeping my fingers crossed I don't get kicked off the track today. Peace out. Ha

Alright, I finally got back from the track. I was a good day considering we had a pretty big head wind and sometimes it gusting over 20 mph. Temps were in the mid to upper 50s, winds 15-25 gusting. DA was negative 300 or so. My very first pass was 10.97, 10.85, 10.86, 10.88, 10.88 and 10.87, one aborted pass. I had 3 passes over 128 mph and 2 over 129. My first pass 10.97@129.88. So, I'll post my slips later, happy with the times, but I know if wind would have been calm I could have run over 130 and probably 10.70. Just wasn't meant to be today. I didn't get a chance to run the 109 VP today buy hopefully next weekend.

I just saw this. Sorry I didn't see it earlier or I would have wished you luck. But let me be the first to congratulate you. So CONGRATS brother. You got your 10.80's. If that is still with all the TM in the trans then there is plenty left in it. Almost a second and 8 mph off your N/A times. What were your 60fts? They should have been very, very low 1.5's if not a high 1.4.
I will let you know if I do anything close to that tomorrow.

My 60's weren't as good as I thought they'd be. My best was 1.55 and worst was my first pass 1.66, it didn't hook and spun the tires at least 100 ft out. I had another 1.55 and a couple 1.57s and a 1.60. Track temps were pretty cold early and came up into the 70's mid afternoon. The headwind sucked bad, really gusting at times. Thx and I appreciate that coming from you. I will run the new tune and VP 109 next weekend, I think I can go 10.60's and over 130 if I can get a good day with no headwind. My 109 tune had another 4 degrees of timing that should put me there with good conditions. I have no other mods then the SC, CAI and drag pack. Totally stock exhaust, no tranny tune, no porting. So, I'm good with it but not satisfied.

10.80s were my goal and I almost hit it right on the button. The car drives so good at almost 130, anyone who complains about these cars just hasn't had the joy to drive one at the track with the right setup. Man this is an amazing car for sure. I got no crap from the track for the times or speeds I was running, so that's good. Thx

Thx and so were you. There was a modded gen 5 there yesterday and you were running almost as fast as he was. His best et that I saw was 11.13@126. So, very impressive and congrats
