CAI for 1le?
Any difference in the 1le as far as ordering a CAI? Looking to get one soon, any suggestions? Thinking about possibly doing the tune/headers/CAI package through ADM... anyone here done that and satisfied with the results?

I have the CAI on my car, throttle response is better and feels great.

CAI from CAI. No race scoop or PTB.
Made a decent, noticeable difference. More than I expected, but then I didn't honestly expect to feel any difference. On my list for next upgrade items, in my order of importance: Mishmoto rad+oil cooler, diff cooler, brakes tbd, headers+tune, suspension (ohlins or multimatic), mount and bushing upgrades where sensible (NO poly), cam Somewhere in there I may add a scoop for the CAI, and a PTB |

If you are doing a CAI, the air scoop is huge bonus. Ran mine CAI for 2 years, then added the scoop. Huge difference!! Car breathes so much better, and seems to pull better on the butt dyno. Even had people ask if I changed exhaust because car was slightly louder.

Roto fab cai. It looks and sounds great. You can tell it has a little extra ponys.

I have the GM performance Z/28 CAI. Simple install, high quality, looks like it came from the factory
on the car. It also comes with a new MAF. Nice sound especially if you have the fuse pulled on the NPP. |
