Still no push button

I had read some old threads on this, but no one has come up with a push button kit or a way to convert the new parts to the older 14s like mine? I loved the push start in the new cars.

A push button does have some cool factor in it but it is not an option I would pay for. It is not like power windows where the differences in effort to roll down a window manually (especially the passenger side window) vs. pressing a button is significant.

One thing I do like about the system on my wife's Cruze is that I don't have to take the key out of my pocket for anything. I can lock/unlock the door by pushing a button and start the car by pushing a button. It really is simple to just use, not that a key is much harder. But I hate digging around my pocket to get the keys, I'm lazy.

Yeah, twist that key to start. Gives me a boner and scares the wildlife away.

Push to Start is like mom wants to roll the kids to school.

I've got one of each, and love the way that LS3 springs to life at the push of a button.

This ↑↑↑ .

Though I could get interested in a system where activating the starter was separated from the key-switch and delegated to a separate pushbutton or toggle switch more like a NASCAR race car.

Either that or it's like you're sitting in front of a video game screen instead of behind a windshield.

Wish my Camaro had the same setup as my Corvette... put FOB in pocket, walk up & it unlocks, push button to start/shut off, walk away & it locks, never have to touch the FOB
