IPFTuning Response Time

Hey guys, I ordered my tune last Monday and got the module last Thursday. I haven't received any emails regarding the tune being completed or install instructions.

Does anyone have a link to where I can download the IPF server? Also, will I receive a conformation email when the tune is done?

How long did it take for you guys who have IPF tune's for the tune to be completed?

I believe the instructions should have been in the box with the module. I just checked my old emails from when I got mine, no instructions there, but the was some discussion back and forth with IPF where the install steps were mentioned. Call or email them, they were very responsive to me.

In my case when I was running their supercharger kit, the instructions were emailed. You have to install their Operator software, unless things have changed in the last couple years.

Yea i wasnt emailed anything. I also called and they said they would send it but never did. If i could get a link to download the operator i'm pretty sure I could download the tune myself. I just don't know if the tune is even done or not.

Should I expect to wait a couple weeks or should it be done already?

Yea I didn't receive anything with the module and didn't receive an email... how long did it take for your tune to be done? I'm thinking once the tune is done i'll get something??

Once I connected there was a list of tunes and the description of one fit my car's configuration (I think is was "Cold air intake / stock headers"). Worked great.

I think you are right you just need the Operator.

I just dug out my tuning module and there are no instrustions in the box - not sure where they are. The front of the module says IPF tuning, the back says HCT, hardcore-tuning.com. If I go to that HCT web site I don't see anything there that will help either.

I have the IPF operator installer from 1/2016 on my PC still, and the application as well, but not finding anything that shows where you can download it from. It does show an email address and phone number for help with IPF tunes: Support@hardcore-tuning.com, phone 507-400-8863.

Thanks for your help my friend. I believe I have the operator up and running. All I see is a list of 10 tunes for my vehicle but none of them are right. I hope they remember that I ordered LOL
