SUPER deal on Eibach 38144.320 F&R bars NEW $239
Ok...I've done a few mods on my '15 1LS. Next on my wish list is a set of sway bars. After reading reviews, I pretty much decided on a set of Eibach 38144.320's which are supposed to fit '10-11 SS's and 10-15 V6's if the information I have read is correct...but don't hold me to it.
After doing tons of looking for the best price, and from a reputable place to buy them, the avg price is around $410-$430. I happen to find on "SuperChevyPerformance" (Hendrick) in their clearance items, from what I understand is a run of grey "38144.320's" made for Hendrick's Camaro editions. (See this thread towards the bottom) for $239 free ship and no tax for me in MI. Got them delivered today. I have NOT installed them yet on my '15 1LS, but from all I have researched, they will fit without having to go through the expense of Brembo's. I have not verified this yet!! Before I posted this link, I just called them to see how many they had left and Chris said as of this afternoon, they had about 10 left. I didn't want to post this if they only had one or two left... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Got them installed today.
Rear bar: It was the easiest one I've done. Only issue on the rear was the included washers they want you to install are too small for the stock bolts. I had several different sizes and just used a slightly larger washer. ![]() Front bar: On my '15 1LS, I unbolted the stock bar, removed and replaced through the passenger side, with wheel off. I removed a plastic retainer clip so it would give you more room to get the bar in and out. To make it easier to install the new bar, I didn't put the poly bushings on until I had it already snaked in and ready to bolt up. There is a wire cable on the passenger side that needs to go above the bar when installing. I accidently had it under the bar, but I had to take the bar back out and then reinstall it. ![]() ![]() Only problem I had were the holes in the ends of the front bar. Evidently GM increased the stud diameter on the end links over the years.(?) The stock holes on my '15 were approximately 12mm, and the holes in the Eibach bar were about 10mm. I used a 15/32 drill bit (11.9mm) to enlarge the holes and it worked fine. I put a little paint on drilled areas to keep it from rusting. ![]() No jacking up the engine or removing anything other than the wheel & the one plastic retainer. Actually wasn't very bad at all. I had it up on my lift, so I also had plenty of room to snake the bar in. If jacking it up, might have to go up a ways. Be safe & smart when you do it though & take your time.
