Welcome to the Forum. Like you I am a first time Camaro owner, not that I didn't want one, just took years of sulking for the wife to say, go get it! I have the same color but in a convertible. I have had mine since April 13th, waxed her at least 6 times! I am praying that I don't do a lot of mods as I did on my 96 Impala SS. I just enjoy the car so much. Anyways, welcome and wishing you the very best with you knew baby!

CONGRATS on your ride and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wives', husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.
 oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here. Welcome!!

Get up to Mason Dixon ASAP for a Test and Tune....you will thank me later after you start adding mods and will always wonder what the stock "baseline" of the car is/was. Why you ask...simply with each performance mod you should see a quantifiable increase in performance. And every car off the assm line is different. Plus EVERYBODY asks the question when you post what mods you just did...lol..getting a dyno is a bonus...
Not familiar with the '17's but all motors like a better air filter(K&N) and after enough break in mileage the trans and diff fluids get replaced. You need to tread lightly due to warranty unless you bought from one of the rare stealerships that actually honor warranty even tho the car has "mods".....oh and Welcome!
