camaro 2SS NPP exhaust system

this may have been posted but I cant find an intelligible answer. I was wondering I want to make the camaro louder but I cant find a straight answer. It is a 2015 camaro 2ss with the NPP exhaust system. Does the npp exhaust system have resonators? Is it worth replacing if there is. I already pulled the fuse to keep the flaps open as well.

im sure someone else would have a more detailed answer. But you could always get a set of longtube headers and that should do the trick.

I do not believe any SS manual car has resonators. You can do whats called "the NPP mod". you literally cut the muffler open and put a 3in pipe in place of the OE straight though pipe. A lot of Vette guys do it. Heres a link to the muffler mod https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...ideo-pics.html

Also theres the longtube way or high flow cats.

My car read 97DB at an autocross event only have Solo high flow cats. Not exactly sure where I was at when they got me measured because they hide the meters and turn them on during your run.

If you pulled the fuse, its pretty much all you can do to the NPP without changing out to another cat-back. NPP does not have any resonators, just a H pipe crossover. Changing the stock H pipe to a X pipe will only change the tone. Your going to need long tubes, high flow cats, or cat deletes to get more volume. Besides, once you start messing with the front you'll start adding power.
