So I was driving to work the other day in my 2SS IBM... - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

...on the highway. I see a vehicle in my rear-view mirror coming up on me. It looked a little like a Mustang. I thought he was going to be a typical Mustang dip-s*** (jk) wanting to race or something.

It wasn't until it got closer until I saw it was another Camaro. He got right behind me to see my SS badging I'm guessing, and pulled up along side of me and gave me a thumbs up, I waved back and he passed me to take the left merging exit. He was also in an SS/RS, Victory Red with black hockey stripes.

The funny thing was, I couldn't take my eyes off it. It was such a beautiful car, and I had never seen another one on the road besides my own (which I can't see from the outside).

The HR manager where I work own one that he only drives on Friday. Last Friday we followed each other home (30 mile drive)! It was cool to see upclose the Camaro in action. There are only a few others in town that I've seen but they always seem to be going in the opposite direction.

I had someone driving close to me last night and I recognized the headlights. He was in a black LS or 1LT. He pulled up next to me at the light and we each waved at each other. He followed me until he turned up the road a few miles. I was happy to see that there are some people who can be friendly and not want to see if the V-8 is faster than the V-6. I think that when you see a fellow owner it should be required that you wave and play nice!!

I see so few G8's, I always admire them on the road when one appears...

Then this week I was out running mid-day errands from work and saw my mother roll down the road in her new SIM 2LT RS we bought Monday...simply...stunning...couldn't stop looking. Like art, on wheels
