I saw that.

Problem is that nobody will be on an even keel. He is not standardizing the measuring device.

The 1010-2012 model years did not come with the performance timers in the DIC like the later years. I told him about using something like DashCommand or Torque app, but many don't have that either. Also, it uses a combination of GPS and ECU to measure.

Times will wildly vary depending on how this is measured. Especially if you just use a stopwatch.

Agreed. As one of the calloutee's, I'm having a hard time deciding how I would like to proceed. Especially since I sent my GoPro off to be refurbished/replaced.

All you guys are proving is that you didn't watch the video. It's not a challenge to see who's fastest. It's just a fun challenge between friends. He even calls out a zl1.

I can get my speedo from 0-60 in one second. Just step on the gas. Unfortunately, the car will be moving about 5mph.

I used my Torque App and got a 7.4 on my first try. but again it showed I had 400 Rear wheel Horse power, so i know something is wrong with the app.

That 1010 car from the 'Iron Age' was a sumbitch! That's when 'putting the hammer down' really meant something!

It looks like the way people are timing is just to record your speedometer and subtract the time stamps later from the video.
