Camaro lease?
Any ideas when we'll be able to lease Camaros?
I just joined the Army and should be done with all my training sometime in September next year, once I'm done and stationed somewhere, assuming it's in the states, I'd like to lease one hopefully by then this will be an option. thanks. |

I was told by my dealer that there will be no option to lease. Also, he informed me that there will not be a Z-28 made.

While it doesn't appear they have leasing programs consider USAA - they've got a great reputation with Active and Retired Military personnel - here's the link to their Auto products - https://www.usaa.com/inet/ent_utils/...bank_loan_auto

I have seen some camaros on leasetrader.com and other lease websites, so some banks are leasing.

banks are afraid to lease right now. buying is a better deal. car values tanked too much over the past few years and banks lost their ass on leases. Don't expect to see the huge leasing surge of a few years ago... for the camaro or any car. The $200 a month lease for a $50,000 SUV are over...

We lease 'em here. Not really a better deal payment wise, just the normal time benefits of a lease, that's all.

thanks for all the info guys, i thought dealerships leased, not a bank directly so that clears up a lot for me.
I'm not looking to lease for a lower price but more for the time benefit since the likelyhood of me staying in the same area is unlikely.. if i end up in a warm area i'll get one, but what if i'm in Germany or Alaska or something, probably not gonna be driving a camaro in those areas. thanks again guys. |
