center console loose and white

I have an issue with my usb and one dealer thought , the dealer installed a new one. first of all it is white, not black, but more importantly its lose at the top and it comes out half way whenever I unplug it. Any advise. what is the part number ?, maybe they gave me the wrong part. This is years ago so I am out of warranty but never took care of it. I left a message with the dealer to complain then but no one ever called me back

White of course showing it was replaced with another that's not the correct one with its tabs to hold it into place but more loose. So if its working its able to be replaced again and the console its self is not that hard to disassemble yourself actually and do the work if you can find the right one that will hold firm with its mounting to replace it if it troubles you too much. And yours could have been someone simply using a universal connector to replace the stock USB.

Just buy a new one (correct one)and replace it yourself. Cant expect the dealer to fix it if you waited 'years' to decide you dont like the one they installed....
