Nav buttons on faceplate not working...Strange - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hi everyone,
Something very strange has happened. The 3 Nav buttons on the right of the MYLINK faceplate do not work all of a sudden. The BACK button on that side does work..so its just the 3 that have to do with Navigation. All the other buttons work. The navigation still works if I go through the menu. Does anyone have any experience on what could be the problem? I did nothing different to the car. One day they worked and one day they didn't. Maybe a reset or something? Just makes no sense to me. I've tried looking it up and mostly read about screen not working or gps out..but this is not my case.

I know this post is several years old, but I have the exact same problem, did you ever figure out what the problem was?
