Sounds an awful lot like its your BCM (Body Control Module). When these things go, very strange things happen.

I know remote start will not work if there are any 'recorded' issues with the car. If you throw a code, for instance.

You are not getting any codes or dash warnings at all?

Several things could cause the A/C not to work. Is it actually blowing hot air or just non air conditioned air?

Is your check-engine light on? That will prevent the car from remote-starting.

same here the battery is most likely toast, your a/c ground may need cleaning up and sounds like you have a gremlin in opening up the trap doors all heating/cooling systems have...most systems operate off of little vacuum hoses and little diaphrams.....

I haven’t fix issues yet I’m gonna have another mechanic work on it
I have a few lights on but it doesn’t say anything about the AC

From what I've read here - that is the place to start. The other lights on don't need to be for the AC if the battery is getting funky or your ground is bad.
