Chasing 10's...How long will it live??

Plan on getting my car to the track in the spring and chasing 10's after having my transmission rebuilt. This will be my first year running with the 17" drag pack setup. I'm planning on running it with all the mods in my sig plus the 300 shot of nitrous that it's jetted for.

The only problem is that I'm still on my stock driveshaft, diff, axles, and suspension except for bmr trailing arms. I know the power delivery of nitrous can be a lot more harsh with an M6 car than a blower or turbo setup. Will it live for a little while with this setup if I take it easy launching /shifting? Also will 10's even be obtainable with my stock driveline and suspension?

Do you have a progressive controller? If not... you'll need one...imo

M6 on stock axles is a gamble.I broke one on a 1st to 2nd shift DR's on the street fwiw. Im only 500 rwhp

Mine has lived for a while on that power level granted I have a 1le axle on the passenger side since I snapped my original one at the track dumping the clutch @5k

Went 10's completely stock motor with an ecs novi 1500. M6

It made 600rwhp on a mustang dyno back then. Mcloed rxt, zl1 3.73 diff, 17" welds, and i had a few suspension parts like cradle bushings, trailing arms and toe rods

? currently running? may I suggest starting at 100 and moving up in 50 if you have the jets...300 is one hell of a shot even with your forged bottom end...going up slow watching the plugs and getting a feel for how the car is takin the hit...could save you a motor...and I think at that level a dedicated fuel tank/pump up front for the spray and load it with 100 octane...good luck!

I've already got it tuned on the that shot of nitrous. I'm running a standalone with C16 and a direct port.

Mine just went 10.65@134 in the 1/4. Stock bottom end ls3, LSA, and meth injected. Stock rear end, driveshaft and axles, m6 1le.

1.61 60', and 700whp. Been drag racing my car for over a year at 650whp, and maybe 4 months on the 700whp.
