I know that someone on here was responsible for the 2014 owners getting a COA for their cars. I have been getting jerked off by Chevrolet customer lack of service for over a year now trying to get one for my 2015 #251. Just hung up on a supervisor last night after getting absolutely no satisfaction. If someone could pm me I need to vent!

Second owner, but I have been in touch with the original owner, who states that he never got one. I told the rep that she could send it to the original owner, as he never received his. He will forward it to me. Her answer was that Chevrolet sent one to the original owner, and they weren't responsible if it never got delivered, and they can't send another. I hung up on her!

I asked because I'm the first owner of mine and I bought it in July of 2017. I have had zero luck getting the Certificate. They act like I'm from Mars or something.

BTW, I received one for my previous new one that I bought in 2015. It arrived about three weeks after I bought the car.

Things have definitely changed since guys like the fbodfather have retired from Chevy...

Yup, it's like you are speaking a different language or something. I originally tried to reach out to Jennifer on this site "Chevrolet customer service" and never got a response. Tried everything I could think of. What happened to the customer is always right?

Same here bought mine new in October 2016 - was not able to get one sent to me either.
