Was wondering if any LS owners had installed Fog Lites. Any vendor's that supply Fog Lites for the LS ?

I went to pep boys and bought a fog light kit. They have many differnt styles. Paid about 60$ plus a few extra dollars for some brackets and ran the switch right next to my headlight switch

I'm interested in how your install went. I to have an LS that did not come with Fog lights. I asked my dealer if they made them for the LS and they spent about 30 mins looking. They told me that they didn't make it for the LS. I guess I'll have to go aftermarket. Can you post any Pics of your install?

well the orginal set I put in didn't do well. Went with a set of PIAA lights. Had to remove the bumper to get them in. Tookl about 2 hours altogther. No install picks, didn't think about doing that but will take some picks tommorrow of the finished product. Looks like stock

This is the Pic of the LS Piaa fog lights. I can't tell what piaa fog lamps you bought. Can you chime in on what part number or model number you ordered?

I got my 2010 camaro ls fog lights installed by a friend. He added a switch for the fog lights right next to the head light switch. So I can turn the fog lights on and off when I want to. Here is the picture

i think i might just go this route so with bulbs that match the HIDs, then i want to diasble the auto headlights so i can run halos and fogs, just fogs etc when i want.
If anyone has done this or is going to, can you post a DIY thread with step by step please

Are your fogs bright?
The RS fogs look like they are liut by small candles

So we have to add a switch or cant we just wire it into the system, and have them turn on and off as if they we stock on the car??

Let me check the bill, so I can give you the correct order #. They were PIAA lights, 4" Will look it up tonight. Yes installed a seperate switch as it was easier to do.

The job is earier to do if you either remove the whole bumber or raise the car off the ground to a standing height, luckily I have access to a lift at my job. Once installed I used to metal straps to tie the lights down in addition to the mounting brackets as they did not feel secure enough especially if you are boucing a lot, most roads here in NY are not smooth.

Black plastic inserts, that can be cut to accomodate most 3" to 4" fog lights
