Question about pricing
Went to the dealer to order my camaro 2ss and he told me actually found one at a dealer that was built exactly the way i wanted. So he gave me the invoice on it to look over the options and I noticed on the price breakdown it showed that car as having a price of 33,430 as a 2ss base price before options. On GM's website it shows the base price of a 2ss as being 33,745 before options. I asked him why there was a difference and he couldn't figure it out either. Is there any reason you guys know of? I just don't want to get that car into the dealership and find out it was because it was missing something. I thought all 2ss base prices were the same. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Was it produced before they added the backup sensors, maybe?

I'm willing to bet the $315 difference is the back up sensors. Car was built before the sensors, now they are a standard item.

Is not having the backup sensors a big deal? Would you guys miss them if they weren't on your camaro?

I got my car long before senors were a standard item. I don't miss them at all, but then again if my car had them, I really wouldn't care either.
