Quick Question about LT's

For anyone that has had experience with JBA long tube headers, are they worth the money?

JBA is a reputable company for their other products, I can’t imagine their headers being too bad. Sorry, no personally experience though.

Loving their high flow cats!!

Very well made. Good looking welds, and they gave my shorties the power they needed.

Thanks for the replies, I'm going to purchase the LT's this weekend.

There's a note on the website that says "Purchase of the JBA mid pipe is required to utilize the stock exhaust system." I have muffler delete axle back exhausts already installed and just bought Kinetix Racing cats that I'm going to install at the same time I do the LTs. Would I still need to buy the mid pipes or will the cats and LTs install ok without the mid pipes?

Any set of long tube headers will require aftermarket mid-pipes or high flow cats.

Correct... with LT's you either have to go HFC's or Catless Mid-pipe.

Also, yours will not look anything like mine above. Mine are for Stock Manifolds OR Shorties. Yours will look like either a tall boy beer can (high flow cats), or a straight pipe about the same size.

My JBA HFC's replaced the pipe with the 2 cats in the stock set up pictured below:

I wonder if those cats would fit on my Speed Engineering headers

They look identical to the cat-delete pipes that I got with my SE headers
