Heritage! '69 Yenko Vid
Remember some of the Heritage that inspired the new 5th Gen. OK, this will be moved, but until it is, enjoy.

I wonder what tuning companies will get there hands on a Camaro... I doubt Yenko is still around, (are they?) but whoever does it better make it meaner.

I remember seeing one when about 8 yrs old riding in my Mom's car, when it was in the lane next to me. It was LOUD. It was WILD. And it burnt a memory into my brain that lives to this day. I didn't know what in the heck it was, but I REMEMBER it!!!! To this day, some 30+ years later. Let's hope the 5th Gen will do that for some kid before he/she even ever knew what "Transformers" ever meant. Ya with me!?!? I thought so....... HERITAGE. The word implies: "Inherit." Think about this, for a moment. Please. Here's a modern equivalent of an aluminum-block, cammed 427 engine in a "new" GM Product: The new Camaro, whilst not offering a cammed aluminum block 427, leaves MUCH room for improvement. You just need some $$$$ to get you there. Here's a sample of just headers and exhaust: In other words, WAIT .... FOR .....IT....... You can make your 5th Gen Camaro what YOU want it to be. There is room for interpretation. Yup, so the last two were Corvettes.. And, your SS/Z28 may not sound like that. BUT- with a little imagination, and ingenuity.........The Camaro WILL share some of the same traits as shown above. Not a fair comparison, but --- There is ALWAYS room for YOUR improvements. As always. OK, I am done.
