Hey guys have you heard anything about GM extending the USAA discount. I believe it is set to expire 11/30/09. Thanks

The thing is that YOU must take delivery by DEC 31st for it to be applied.

Quick question for you guys - Do I need to have insurance with USAA to qualify for the $750 discount or can I just have a savings account with them?

I opened a saving account with them but also insuring my motorcycle thru them. You just have to show them your account number.

If you go to any of the GM Discount pages, Supplier, credit union, USAA, the bottom of the web pages say BY 11/30

Ultimately a VIN INCENTIVE search must be done by your dealer at delivery... Some programs have been extended....and the websites don't reflect it.

You have to be a USAA member to get the discount. When I talked to USAA, just having a checking/savings account will not make you a member. You have to have something insured with them in order to become a member. Makes since....they aren't going to give away anything for free. You don't have to really do much to get a checking/savings account but insurance....that's where they'll make some money.

CamaorScotty....by chance can you let us know which programs/offers have been extended into next year? I'm hoping the Credit Union continues on next year. I know I qualify for that one.

I signed up on the USAA site and got an account number within 5 mins, turned it into my salesman, took the 750 right off.
