In regards to the cam I paid for on the 5th and I have yet to hear from you since waiting for the tracking number. I’m giving you the benefit of the doubt but I have called texted and emailed you. If you are reading this please pm me the tracking number. As you keep logging into c5 daily.

If this is not allowed it can be deleted, or moved.

That guy has bought a lot through c5 recently. I wouldn’t think he would stiff you like that. I do hope that you made him send you an invoice though and didn’t pay through “friends and family” option. You’re sure to lose your money that way if the seller doesn’t hold his end of the deal.

Yea he’s pretty active, that’s why I’m not worried and giving him the benefit of the doubt. I did send it friends and family but it was only 200 bucks. Plus I have a couple properties in Bethesda just across the 495 (from a property he seems to be tied to) that I have been meaning to fly out and check on. I may be able to pick up if it hasn’t shipped yet hahah. I love meeting members.

sounds like we have a problem Houston!
I also contacted "swimmatte" on feb 5th about the cam (through text messages) and he said that on the afternoon of the 5th, that the cam was pending to another member for $250 shipped, but funds weren't received yet, and that "the other member would pay that evening"
He did say that "if I offered more ($275) then he would sell to me", we also discussed a new Holley cable TB too
I stated that I wouldn't feel right doing that and to "give the other member ahead of me a chance to pay as he said, and for him to let me know either way on it"
I never heard back, so following day I sent a text asking if the other member ever sent payment? He just replied "It's yours"
and we agreed on same price shipped plus the new Holley TB ($375 total)
I sent paypal payment right then (not "Friends & Family")

He said that he got it and would try to ship out that day, if not the following day (7th)

I never heard from him, so on the 12th, I sent a text asking about shipping update, no reply
I sent same message again on the 13th, got a reply, saying that he lost his mother, he apologized about not communicating better and it would go out that day
I stated that it is understandable and to let me know when they ship out
still nothing??

sent a message again last night and still no reply

pleased feel free to contact me in regards to this
if for some reason, the cam gets shipped to me, it sounds like you have "first dibs" on it and would gladly send it your way

That’s unfortunate if it’s true, I didn’t need the cam, And expressed I was impulse buying to help with the daughters emergency. I’m not bummed about the cash more so the actions of a dude in the camaro community.

Cash was however sent so I’d recommend you file a claim and get your money back while you still can. Me on the other hand it looks like I will be flying out as soon as it stops raining over there good ole Maryland here I come haha
