anything else I'm missing?

Picked up my used 2012 convertible last July.

Did the ported intake, intake spacer, ported throttle body, CAI air filter and Atak V2 axle back.

Have the autocal sitting at home waiting for driving weather.

What else am I missing that is a nice bump up for performance?

I'm not going nitrous or turbo charging. Looking for any bolt on's that I may be missing.

I know it'll never be an V8, i'm ok with that, just looking at getting every last pony out of the car without major investments or affecting the reliability.

High-flow downpipes and an e85 conversion if it's freely available in your area are 2 easy bumps to your HP numbers

High-flow downpipes usually have high-flow cats. If you have a tuner, you can remove the cat codes from reporting to the PCM to pass inspection if your car does throw the CEL. Not all high-flow cats do throw a CEL on a car though

OK, here's the million dollar question, who has the best price for these and what kind of gains can I expect?

I can't speak to who has the best price on SOLO high-flow cats, you'll have to shop around or PM a few of the vendors here for a quote.

If you take a look at the LFX dyno charts, you'll notice the higher number people, all have HFC and e85, at the very least, they have the HFC. So they might not add a certain HP number, but they work all together with your other mods to allow the car to tune well.

Gears are an option, but that is slightly more than a bolt on depending on if you have an automatic or manual. And you could try just having a shop remove the stock secondary cats and leaving the stock primary cats. That's a touch more power and sound but you should still pass inspections no problem as it won't throw a light for sure and the stock cats filter extremely well.
