Recommendations for more mods...what are you doing?

Laynlo posted on the supercharger section, but I like this section better, hanging out with all of my convertible friends. :-)

The Magnuson Heartbeat blower is installed and tuned...but I am waiting for the wheels (MMR 017's) to arrive from PK Designs and waiting for the side skirts from C7 Carbon (front chin splitter was delivered and looks great).

I also had the steel works axle back exhaust installed. If I get a video of the dyno run, I will post it here.

Looking for more ideas:
1. fuel system upgrade
2. Cam
3. blackout bowties/kit

What do you think? What changes are you making?

Mine is bone stock except window tint. I had thought about one of the aftermarket front splitters but 22 months on from purchase that hasn't happened yet. I usually don't mod my vehicles much with the exception to that rule being my Jeep Wrangler. I put quite a bit of aftermarket money into it. Nearly 10 years old and I had an unsolicited offer to buy it last week.

I have had a few Wranglers and you are right...has to be modified.

I went so overboard with my Vette that I really had decided against modifying every car since then...but I figured this is one I will keep so I am making it my own. I also have a daily driver that I love and it’s completely stock (non-sports car).

I will be down to small things after this. Bow tie blackout. Maybe some other small look good items. I will have to replenish my slushfund for next winter.

Just a few upgrades to make it mine...

Well mine started life with Hertz. But a few mods have made it mine. Added stripes and Expel to the nose. Z28 style wheels, painted calipers to match car, 70 watt amplifier and replaced stock speakers. Upgraded the stock headlights with LED bulbs. Have MBRP axl back exhaust on order. Eventually new air box nice seat covers...

Well.....I'll contribute here even though I only have a target production date for my Hot Wheels Vert. (4.9.18)

I plan to put the 1LE wheels on and the LPO intake. Other than it coming with MRC and NPP exhaust, I think that's about it. I do plan to buy:

Indoor/outdoor cover
Novistretch bra for front and mirrors
Rear wind screen

...and i hope to ensure that the dealer doesn't put on the front license plate bracket. Here in Ohio we have a front plate, but I'm not going to ruin that beautiful front end. I left it off of our CTS also.

But I realize that these aren't really "mods" per se.

Beautiful ride. Love the calipers and the wheels.

I am with you on the license plate bracket. Mine is on the car, but it has to go. I did buy the MRR wheels 017 (1LE replicas). They will be here on Friday and I can’t wait to get pictures with the new shoes. I also bought the lowering kit and plan to lower by 1 inch.

Here is a video of the dyno with the 98mm pulley. You can kind of see the C7 Carbon front splitter installed (waiting for side skirts to be shipped.

https://youtu.be/sfqSby4vFMg

The smaller pulley will arrive Friday and will like get another dyno on Sunday.
