Loud Corsa

Long tube headers ,cat delete and 3 in Corsa cat back pretty loud. Anyone ever install a magnaflow resonated x pipe into something like this? Just want to tone it down a bit and a deeper tone.

I would like that but since My car is a FI car. I cant run cats. Don’t want to take the chance of melting the cat.

A couple guys on here installed solo resonators in their Corsa system for the same reasons you have and it worked well. I'll try and find the posts

I am in the same situation. Corsa, cat delete and F.I.
I tried the Magnaflow muffled x-pipe but it was no help. I ended up removing the ex-pipe and installing the resonators that came on the stock exhaust which helped but still not to the level I want. I prefer a more stealthy sound so I am taking the Corsa mufflers off and installing the Flowmaster Force 2 axle-back. If that is not enough I will take a look at other resonators. Flowmaster tells me this is the quietest performance system they make so we will see. I also have some 200 cell steel cats I am installing which may help as well. My goal is to be able to go out and have fun with the car without drawing unneeded attention.

I would have to agree this exhaust set up is too loud for a lot of people and most people end up installing high flow catalytic converters.
