2000 rpm surge - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I did a search and couldn’t really find any info. At around 2000 rpm, I’m noticing my tach jumps around about 100 rpm. Is this normal?

Mine does this as well. I’ve noticed that it does it when downshifting and im in second gear and when it drops a little below 2k it jumps right back up. I wonder what this is.
