For all you Ls3 guys looking for a good cam
Here is a good thread you should read. This is custom spec cam that is starting to gain some real momentum. You have to call comp directly and have it custom ground.
Specs 230 intake on a xfi lobe 612 lift 234 exhaust on a xer lobe 598 lift 114 lsa with 2 degrees advance so 114+2 Link to thread http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-t...right-now.html Link to video fast forward the video half way to hear the lope. |

Also the intake centerline of the cam is 112 degrees, But i want to find out how it will work in a car that is 600lb to 800lb more?

No doubt its a good cam, but why? Is a good daily driver cam? Strip cam? Sound cam?

those specs are not wild at all, it makes good power for its moderate specs and good driveability. which for many people makes it a good cam. I would have changed a couple things about the specs but every builder has his own idea of how things should be.
I also believe that video to be pre-tune (cam likely sounds alot more tame now) |

so do you have reve the engine a bit to get it to give that warmed up sound?
Would be great to get that sound just from a remote start.
