Whats the limit on this basic fuel system?

I currently have the usual stuff:
ZL1 pump
Modified fpcm
MSD BAP
90# Deatschwerks

At 700whp, my inj DC is 48%.

Can I push this setup to 850-900 on 93 octane?

It will still be a centri style unit.

I was making around 800 rwhp with an ECS kit, ADM twin pumps, FIC1000's and no BAP. However, I was running 100% meth + 93. I had plenty of pump and injector, but I was approaching the limits of safely running 93 + meth without detonation.

Leave it Ted to spoil all the fun.

DSX Aux pump kit sounds like a good option at this point, unless i sell everything and start over.

Just dropped good coin on a McLeod RXT 1200HD. It never ends...

Pretty much. Lol.

I have an ADM twin pump and FPCM I'll sell you reasonably. I just pulled it to install the Fore Triple Setup.

Your injectors obviously have some room but that pump is maxed. It's time for a Squash or a Fore Innovations pump. Give us a call when you're ready to order and we'll hook it up.

Yes, but i dont really need it, and it only makes the fuel demand worse.

If you’re upgrading to twin pumps, might as well go e85 too. Especially since you are FI. You can expect hp gains up to 75 at the wheels. That’s a lot!

Is there a quantitative way to determine you need more fuel pump? Pressure drop?

Yes e85 demands about 30 percent more fuel, but on that note i run a flex fuel set up and the performance between 91 and e85 is very significant because it allows you to run more boost and timing without kr

The fuel system is the foundation on which everything else is built, too much is never enough.

Not the other way around but it is a trend I see every day, Build the car first then worry about the fuel system after you run out of money LOL
