So I pulled into a Gas City today and pulled up to a pump and saw they only had 92 octane. Not a big deal but I wanted to make sure I put in 93. So I pull to the right and try and go around it. SCRAPPPEEEEEEE. There was no safety pole to even let me know that there was a giant concrete median. I am so pissed. I feel like someone shot me. Take a look.

I would say so if there was no visual pole like all the other stations had. I wrote an email to their corporate address to see if they would talk with me. I'm a super careful driver and have never been in an accident. I had no music on and was literally just turning like I normally would. I'm glad I didn't bust my rim up.

Been there, done that. I guess you just start getting used to looking around in places like that to see if things are going to be a problem. We are all human and she can be fixed good as new. Be glad it wasn't a kid!

No offense but I think this one is your fault... There are curbs everywhere so would you like a giant yellow pole wherever a curb is present?

Still hurts no matter whos fault this is. Hard to your baby hurt under any conditions. Move on and get her fixed from a good body shop and chalk it up as a good story to tell your buds

I agree, sorry it happened to you. But I am sure the majority of people do not hit that curb.

I gotta agree. The safety poles are there to prevent people from hitting the gas pumps not to warn people of the curbs.

I bought a #2 pencil from a major pencil company and when I misspelled a word and failed a test, I called them and asked them to talk to my teacher into changing my grade because the pencil they made, made me fail the test...
