This isn't my area of expertise but since you've been waiting forever I thought I would give you some type of answer. All I know is it takes some cutting, welding, and you need to get rid of your gas tank and switch to a fuel cell.
I know Kyle Hirt has done it, you can find him on facebook or on instagram @camarokyle. At least it might be someone that can give you a little more information about what it all takes.

Moser does make an after market rear that is a direct replacement for the stock rear, no welding needed. It does need new axles also. A friend of mine has done it to his 2010 Camaro SS. He does drag race it often.
