I promised pictures, here they are!
![]() ![]() They look pretty good imo, now all i gotta do is sell my p-zeros. Total for the yokohamas was $657 shipped direct to my dealer and installed before i took delivery. Worth every penny. |

Let me know how they do in the snow. I've got a set ready to be put on mine, but I know Chicago will get snow before NH

chicago has been dodging bullets left and right over the last month, hopefully the el nino affecting us this year will keep the snow levels down, it did flurry a bit today, though. anything over a couple inches is going to put me in the gmc safari. Less concerned about how my car handles in the snow and more concerned about the plethora of idiots who have no concept of how to drive in inclimate weather
heres a better pic of the tread

How are the tires doing for you now and how many miles are on them. Please if you could give me and the rest of Camaro5 a review of the tires.

Are they considered a summer tire or all-season?

the Spec-x tires are AWESOME!
I ran them on my wife's Tahoe and run them currently on the new Forester. Excellent grip on dry pavement, excellent water-deflecting (no hydroplaning in either the Tahoe or the Scooby) and they have done very well in the snow. A couple years ago we got 40" of snow at my place and the tahoe with the spec-x did great! they did load up pretty quick, but were self-cleaning enough that they didnt pack and become useless. Those are some great tires, good choice!

I just put the same tires on my camaro.... technically a truck/suv tire... but there is no difference in ride quality at all.
handle just fine.. like them a lot so far
