I am having an issue with my horns , neither work . There is no relay in the fuse box under the hood. I checked the fuse and it has only 11 volts but all other fuses have correct battery voltage which is 12.6 volts . I checked all fuses under hood and inside vehicle and none are blown . Could it be the horn switch in the steering wheel? Any suggestions or anyone have this issue. I checked and double checked and there is no relay for the horn in the fuse box under the hood.

I have same issue alarm doesn't beep, panic works but no sound, steering wheel doesnt work either. The horn fuse is good, I doubt it's a bad horn... anyone know if there is a horn relay somewhere??

It's built into the under hood fuse block and isn't replaceable. You have to replace the entire fuse block. The fuse is after the relay, so a easy way to check would be to use a jumper from battery voltage to the fuse and see if the horn blows. If not you need horns.

11 Volts while pressing the horn button? There's your problem.....the relay contacts are burned. You need a under hood fuse block.

Yes it has a relay that's built into the under hood fuse block and isn't serviceable.
