6th Gen wheels on 5th Gen SS
I am possibly acquiring a set of 6th gen wheels from a friend from his 2018 1SS. I have searched here and seen some posts saying they bolt right on no spacers or anything needed and have seen a few posts saying spacers needed.
So basically will his 2018 1SS wheels fit on my 2011 2SS without spacers. I'll be keeping the stock 5th gen tire size but that isn't an issue. Just want to make sure nothing else is needed for the wheels (I know I need to either get new or used my tpms sensors though)

Talked to a few people that did it, it will fit but the clearance to the brembos is very minimal (credit card thin was said a couple times) so they all recommended 3mm spacers.

I use 5mm hub centric spacers...no issues and gives a little more clearance from the calipers.
