Well I cut my Hood

Got the TL1 Hood Kit And Cut my First hole in a Perfectly good Hood

That took Balls, or just being crazy
The big thing is I cannot believe the heat coming out from under the hood.
I'm not thru I ran out of cut off wheels and light
going to work on it the next couple of days

PS. New Engine

Cut off wheels weren’t the problem for me. It was that damn single stage compressor that didn’t want to keep up.

Looks like your doing a great job

I had a Heat Extractor hood on my Procharged 2SS/RS and now have a ZL1.
The amount of heat that comes out of those openings truly is amazing, I'm glad to have a way to vent some of it out.

If you really want to feel the heat coming out & run with a lot cooler engine. Drive with the hood off. LOL

I took my hood off when I put the ACS ZL1 carbon fiber one in. And wrote across the tape you don't have the balls to cut me. It did take me a week to decide to do it.

You mean I didn’t have to spend 40 grand to get a hood vent?
