Midnight Silver 20" wheels, tires, sensors
I have a full set of 4 with 800 miles, and no abuse (no burnouts). It'd be great to sell as a set, but I'd sell all 4 tires and all 4 wheels as 2 separate packages, or if enough folks chime in and want a front wheel, a rear tire, etc... then I will sell/ship individually.

wheels
I'd take $800 for all the wheels and sensors, plus shipping. I replaced them with what I thought the Midnight silver wheels should have looked like. let me know what you guys think of the "new" wheel.

it looks good
mine are a color called "silver vein". It's got a little texture to it. Kind of looks like cast iron, actually. I was disappointed the midnight silver was so light. It's not that different from the painted silver or the polished. Kind of lame they made all their factory colors so similar.

Looks nice! Like the darker color much better. I was also kind of bummed when I saw how light the midnight silver wheels were. Looks alot darker on the chevy web site.

Mine are being powder coated at this point. Sucks to have the car on Stands too. I am going flat black but that dark grey looks awesome. I think I will leave the center cap and lugs silver like yours I like it. Great Job man!!

Can I have my MS rims powder coated like that? Sorry for being such a moron on this. I've never had a car that I wanted to mod. All of my cars have been strictly for getting from A to B.
Anyway, where/who did you have powder coat those novocaine? I would like to have my CGMs MS rims coated to look like yours. That color looks sweet on your CGM. How well does that wear after a few thousand miles? |

Powder coating lasts quite a long time. my racing ATV has it's frame and many parts powder coated. If it holds up in the extreme dirt racing environment, it'll hold up on the street.
I had a local shop do mine. If there isn't one where you are, you can ship them to a facility to do it. I had mine done at Custom Coat in Pasco, WA. John is the guy I talked to. The color is Silver Vein. It looks EXACTLY like what I wanted. I can take some better close-ups if anybody wants. it looks so mean on my car! |
