E85 V6 MPG's and HP increases?

I put down 290rwhp on my 13 1LS with bolt-ons (see below in sig), thinking E85 flex line with tune should push me over 300 on the same mustang dyno that was used last time. I'm curious what others with manual V6 N/A drivers saw as a bump from 91 octane to E85 alone with a custom tune on a dyno? Was considering going with a 80mm TB and/or HFC, but not sure the HFC are worth the investment for a few RWHP compared to the E85 w/tune or cheap used 80mm TB and ease of install on that.

Also wondering what MPG's you guys get combined as Gas in socal just hit $4.75 a gallon for 91 and im looking at $2.90 to $3 for E85 everywhere . I get 20-21mpg combined depending on how much i punch it, but see 27-28mpg on the highway alone coming back from vegas last time on cruise at 75mph. I'm hoping i won't lose more than 2-3mpg combined if I go to E85, but the price difference would be worth it still even if I lost 5 mpg currently. Thoughts? THanks Yall!

^ also interested in going E85, couldn't find many numbers in the other threads. It sounds like willoverkill is the guy for it though if you're looking for a tune.

30% more fuel, no "real" hp gains unless you're running really high compression or FI.

You can push a good bit more timing on the high-end with e85, so you should see over 300 on that dyno. Maybe JUST make it over the 300.

It will probably be more than that. I believe e85 is roughly a 20-25% loss in MPG.

I'm by no means a LSX expert but i believe these v6s are higher than normal compression from the factory. And yes its FI (fuel injected ) had to make a joke. But seriously 5-10% increase to the wheels is possible it seems based on FI, bolt-ons and head work like cams.

local guy here made 13RWHP and 10TQ just tuning with a dyno like I'm going to be doing and adding E85. Go to the 7:20 mark until 8:10 in the video to see the dyno numbers.

Chibi!! i knew you'd see this post lol. Wow 20-25% loss huh? still might be worth it though, here in socal right now gas for 91octane is 34-37% more compared to E85. I could save a little $$ while getting more power until gas drops from $4.75 back to the $3.50-3.75 range and of course switch back with my flex fuel sensor and tune i'm looking at. Hows the V8 running?

Picked up a like new 80mm TB from a local guy for a good price so that with E85 I would assume put me in the 304-308RWHP depending on how the tuning goes. Should get the tune in a few weeks, I'll update this post with dyno numbers and MPG loss from what i see. I know its different for every driver but i only push the car 5-10% of the time, i don't redline it from every street light to the next.

https://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=563522

But, got the 80mm TB on, runs strong but i need the intake manifold ported asap to really feel a difference. once the vibration is fixed i'll get an appointment for the e85 tune!
