Thick tires, aggressive stance, loud exhaust... keeps the pack behind you lol.

When I was more stockish, people wanted to race all the time... now they back off, slow down trying to pass when I'm cruising, and in no way trying to catch me when I'm hauling ass lol.

Just a big change on how people perceive my car after adding exterior mods.

I must either look/sound too intimidating because nobody ever really tries to challenge me. I think in the last 2 years I've had two challengers, one being a challenger, but there was too much traffic and the other being a CTS-V wagon and I had my kid with me. Maybe one day I'll get to have some fun.

Around here it always seems to be guys in diesel trucks... when did "racing diesel trucks" become a thing?

I could care less what the circus folk do.
Occasionally i point and laugh at them like "you serious homeboy, in that? "
Yeah bro, your Minivan Of The Year circa 1998 is still king of the road.
And tell your woman to stop staring at me and my car like a margarita and Snickers combo.

When I had my 13 1le, everyone tried to race/pass me. I get no takers now. This one is louder and more aggressive looking, maybe that's it?

Around here it’s 392 challengers and trucks. My favorite is this one ass hat that has a gas mid late 2000’s Silverado with the exhaust hacked off. He’s revved at me going down the road, done the horn count down, and even revved at me as I was walking in to pay for gas one day. My car would ruin his hopes and dreams but it’s kind of fun to not bite and make him look like the jack ass he is. I don’t even acknowledge him. The challengers on the other hand, I’ve beat and I’ve been beat. Only when it’s just me in the car.
