New DSX Triple Fuel Pump Assembly

Been working with DSX to test out their new Fuel pump assembly. Just wanted to put the word out there will be another option on the market real soon. DSX is making a couple tweaks right now to make it a bit more install friendly.

It has two hoses that mount directly into or onto the hat that run down the side of the tank, to make it easier to attach you feed/return lines. It has a jet spyhon to draw fuel from the other side of the tank. It come ready to accept your stock Fuel level sensor and arm. I’m sure you could have your order made with any pumps you want, but the one I have has 3 Ti Automotive 274 pumps, which I believe are the walbro 450s.

Im working with Jannetty to tune the car, so I’ll post up some logs soon, if people wanna see it in action.

Pics..

Not sure on pricing or when/if a kit or controller will be offered. Call and bug them. Ha.

Since it has dedicated feed/return what happens with the stock line?

So far, it is not a kit. So that is up to the end user. U could get the appropriate fittings to plumb it as your return, or run a new return. Up to you.

They are targeting under $1000 and that includes 3 of the 274 pumps. These are the high pressure version of the "485" pumps. The assembly will also accept the 285 Demon pumps.

Same as the other triple assemblies. It should support around the 1500hp range. Then you could upgrade to the demon pumps and get more out of it.

Each pump will need its own dedicated fuel pump relay. I bought mine from summit racing for $25 each and they include a 30amp breaker.

Don't forget the Aux pump is a kit, and is all inclusive. This assembly requires you to supply your own:
Feed line
Return line (or fittings to use stock feed as a return)
Adj FPR
Wiring/relays
Boost switch (hobbs) to trigger pumps 2/3

DSX just moved into a massive new shop, but once they're setup, they plan to make this into a kit. However, they will be using the best quality stuff, so it wont be cheap.

I pieced mine together for about $600.

Looks great! Congrats to them for the venture.

What some people don’t realize is all of the accessories needed for a big fuel system. The pumps are around $1000 (regardless of the brand) then you need the plumbing, regulator, filter, e-kit, injectors, and wiring. It adds up quick. I have about $2500 in mine and the pumps were used.
