Suspension
Have a question. What are good suspension upgrades? Looking full anti-sway bar kits, brushing full kits, FE4 control arms, coilovers(BC) etc. I just wanna know good companies for them to buy from. Really looking for full kits if possible. And if someone can just list the upgrades to get. Otherwise, I'm extremely picky when buying stuff.

Look at Detroit Speed Engineering they make everything for the front and rear kinda spendy but quality parts.
Also look at BMR again quality parts Not really sure if there’s anyone else that does complete systems. Running DSE trailing arms and toe rods, JPSS 32mm rear bar (DSE has a 35mm hollow bar), AFE cradle bushing, OEM Z28 UCA bushings, 1LE shocks and upper shock mounts. All I need is the DSE LCA’s.

Do some research man...it's part of the learning process. I went with 1LE shocks/struts, etc, look at my mod list.

Might help to define a goal for the car, for folks to give you ideas.
There are some pretty extreme directions to take, that focus on drag racing or track racing. Two very different things, so one setup is good for one but not the other. Street + performance? Track / autocross? (racing class in mind? limits choices depending on classification) Drag racing? Land speed events? Cheers, Kevin

If you go new I think the 1LE kit is like what, $1400 or around there? I was looking into it before I got my coilovers but decided on them instead, although the 1LE kit is more complete and of course is specifically tuned for the car.
I kind of wish I could feel how the 1LE feels compared to a regular SS. It would be nice to be able to compare the differences.

I was reading up at one point an iirc putting the 1le kit you can pull over 1g where as the stock SS was around .8
Edit- SS pulls about .92g 1le 1.03g i was off on the SS g's by quite a bit! Best info i could find.

I guess what I am asking is if you buy the kit online, does it come with everything a full 1LE car would actually have suspension wise? I know there is more to a 1LE, just wondering if those are the only suspension changes. I know they have the upgraded rear trailing arms with the FE4 in 2012, but I don't think the kit has that for the earlier cars.

Nope, with a 2010 you'd need the 2012+ rear lower control arms/sway bar arms...
