Chess Boxing ??? WTF ???

Anyone seen or heard of this sport yet.

Its the next ultimate fighting they say

You have 6 min to play speed chess, with rounds of boxing inbetween.

And you can win by either a knockout or a checkmate.
course if you run out of chess time you can also lose.

I guess it could make "boxing" a classier sport since you have to be able to fight and think. None of that he needs to remove his socks to count over 10 but he can fight let em pass stuff
