ISO of Lifters and rocket arms
Looking for LS7 lifters and upgraded rocker arms. Would prefer new. Think my cammed LS3 ate a lifter so gonna tear it down and rebuild the top end.

You may need more than that. Mine ate a lifter and the metal gouged a cylinder requiring a hone. I'd pull the heads before searching for parts.

Yea i know I’m just trying to get some parts on the way. I’m not sure it’s ate it yet. The valve train just got a lot noisier the other night when I drove it. So thinking something’s stuck or coming loose
