315 35 20 on stock rims

I have seen several post that 315 tires can fit under the back of my car. Some mentioned aftermarket wheels some did not say anything. I like the factory wheels and would like to stay with them if possible. Has anyone put 315s on factory wheels. How did it fit. Does anyone have pictures of them on there ride.

They won't fit on factory wheels. You need at least 10.5" wheels in the rear.

Uneven treadwear, possible blowout, and it'll look silly. Putting a 315 on a 9" rim defeats the purpose of buying 315s.

If you do a search, somebody on this board had their factory wheels widened. I believe they're running 315s now.

Doesn't the HPE 650 come with Hennessey wheels and 315s? How did you end up with stock RS rims?

A 315 will work just fine on a 9 inch rim. Back when I had a cobra, we ALL put 315's on the stock 9 inchers with not a problem once.

I have the CCW five spoke wheels. I am lowered 1 inch and no rub and fit inside the fender well. CCW also have a good looking split five spoke. Wheel and tire size are in my sig. ADM Perf has a package for using widened factory wheels to ablout 11 inches on the rear which will handle the 315's. Several of his customers including himself are running his factory wheel package. Looks very sleeper from the side and killer from the rear plus much less money spent on two rather than four wheels. Good Luck
