Spark plugs and wires
Ok I started working on doing the headers on my ls3 in my 2010 Camaro ss. Removing the spark plug wires on pass side one of my wires snapped.
Anyways the wires plugs were probably over due for replacement anyways. My motor is bone stock besides bo white tb, adm cai, and now hopefully headers. Looking for recommendations as to what plugs wires should I get? I’d like something a bit better then oem but won’t break the bank either. Also should mention I’m not looking to change coils anytime soon so oem coils for now.

OEM are great wires. Unless you are going to throw some significant power down in would just stick with them

Nothing wrong with OEM for stock engines.

Cool ty I have no issues going with oem just figured maybe aftermarket might be worth a little extra $. So figured I’d ask for some opinions.

I have used Taylor 409 high heat wires past and present.
They hold up to the heat from LT headers. You could also just install heat boots over stock wires for protection.

If you put on headers you will also want heat sleeves to keep your wires from melting.

I run the Taylor 409's in the red color because of all the custom mods under hood. As OP says, the stockers are a great wire for stock engines. My Taylor's have been on for about 5 yrs now and no issues at all. Have LT's and don't run heat boots on the wires.

I bought MSD wires because they're red, and red things go faster. No issues with them.

Thanks guys I just ordered a set off oem Wires and a set off spark plugs as well.
I should have planned on doing this from the get go and normally I would have. But $ on tighter side of life and was trying to save a few bucks and put it off as the car was running very well.

MSD Super Conductor wires in red. I've had longtubes for years and don't run any heat shields and have had no problems. Plus they look way better then stock wires. Stick with stock plugs tho.

Running the Taylors , didn't notice that they worked any better than the oem wires .

Summit is where I got mine, but they are pretty common. Local auto part store probably carries them.
