CAI in Seattle
I see talk about a CAI being a fairly cheap boost to horsepower, but will it really do any good up here?

A CAI is good anywhere! I got a Roto-Fab for my car (L76) and it made an immediate difference in power. Also makes a nice sound at WOT.

my cold air intake I added to my camaro gained me about 15 hp @ the wheels.

Airaid Kit
I installed a CAI and what a differance it made. With headers and full flow cats, 3" exhaust, the cold air it can really breath.
