Converting 5th gen (2013) RS to 6th gen hood
Hey all. So I recently purchased the ZL1 front bumper from Ikon to replace the current bumper on my 2013 RS Camaro. I am now looking for a new hood replacement as well. My reason for doing this is that the cowl lines on the new front bumper will not match with the 5th gen hood. Not to mention, I am not crazy about the hood on the 5th gen and how it is raised in the middle. I am looking for something that resembles the 2018-2019 hoods in order to get matching cowl lines and be able to really complete the transformation.
Does anyone have any suggestions on particular hoods or where to shop? |

You know a body shop can fix those cowl lines. But if you aren't a fan of the 5th gen hood then no point in that.
Please post some pics once you get this finished.

Will do. Still waiting on the Ikon front bumper to come in. I dont think the Cowl lines will be super noticeable, but like I mentioned, im not crazy about the 5th gen hood. A little too "obtuse" for me.
