Need some help from the greats !! Puzzling question

Hey all . So had a bit of issues the other day , was driving around and did some light pulls . 70-130 . All of a sudden car started vibrating /shaking . Slowed down , entire car continued to shake . As I pulled off exit noticed white smoke coming out the rear of the car and through the exhuast . Popped the hood and checked coolant , radiator was full , touched it to see if it was oily . Nothing ! Clean . Checked oil level !! Was at the perfect level . Also clear , no cross contamination . Noticed the coolant Overflow was empty . I got a jar of the coolant and filled in . Everything maintained normal . As I was drivng 10-15 mph noticed smoke again . Engine oil temp was normal , ( I HAVe the NGUAGE ) . Oil pressure normal . Coolant temp normal .
I noticed one thing when I started driving in manual mode !! Gear 1-4 car drove great , no smoke except randomly but only for a few mins . Once the car shifted to 5-6 the car started shaking/vibrating bad and was feeling sluggish . If anyone has any idea I would greatly appreciate!!🙏🏻🙏🏻

Possibly trans/TC issue is my only guess.

Continuous white smoke usually indicates a coolant leak but theres a chance it could be fuel delivery issues.
Whenever I'd blow a head gasket in my misspent youth it showed up as foamed oil on the oil filler cap every single time.

I agree with the other responses. Sounds like a head gasket let go. Maybe not a huge hole was opened up though-- hence the relatively small coolant loss. Hard to get around the white smoke. Basically, only a head gasket failure of some type will cause that.
As far as the shaking only when in the 5-6 gears-- just a guess, but maybe since your power is way down now, with at least one clylinder dead, it would make sense that the engine is really straining to move at higher speeds in the overdrive gears. While in the lower gears the trans still allows enough of a mechanical advantage to crutch the power loss in the engine. Just my thoughts.
Is it making any loud rattling or clanging sounds with the engine rpms?

Check your oil if it looks like a milkshake your head gasket is gone.

Also check your rad and coolant over flow can when your engine is cold.

No sounds whatever !! Sounds like nothing is wrong !! When I did step on it ! The boost kicked in and everything was smooth as hell , but as soon as it went into 5 th . It was like the damn driveShift and axles everything snapped .

It wasn’t continuous , it started smoking , then the smoke went away . Then when I was in slow bumper to bumper traffic bareLy moving at like 5mph the damn smoke started again , then went offf . So on and so forth . 😭😭

Remove and inspect spark plugs. Do a compression test.

White or grey on the insulator tip would be coolant in the combustion process.

They should be a nice light brown.

Black would be oil or extremely rich.

here's a chart of spark plug pics. Check your oil and see if it looks like chocolate milk...if it does, you have coolant in oil which is a blown head gasket at a minimum

No oil , the oil on the dipstick is fine in color and texture , maybe a lil black (it’s about that time for me do the oil change ) . No other color .
